Stamps of France used in Algeria

Before the introduction of stamps in 1924, the stamps of France were used. Those stamps where canceled with the Dotted Lozenge cancel. The followin numbers where used in Algeria:

30 c with precancel

Many of the above stamps were also issued precancelled (similar to the 30 c shown above): the 4 c, 5 c, 15 c green (semeuse), 15 c green (Pasteur), 20 c, 30 c lilac (semeuse, only issued with precancel), 35 c, 45 c exist.

I suspect that the next stamp has a forged double overprint, the second overprint is of a different type than the first one:
