I have seen some postal stationery (Postanweisung) with the same design printed on it. I have seen the values 15 p violet and 25 p light brown (a value non-existing in the postal stamps!).

Advertising label of the Canadian stamp shop 'Marks Stamp Co, 462 Spadina Ave Toronto' in a similar design, but with country name and value omitted. Probably issued around the same time as the Bavarian stamps.
