Several stamps of Colombia and Tolima were overprinted in black, blue or green in 1909 with the above 'Correos Departa- mentales' or 'Correos Depmentales'.

Even though the 3 c is rather cheap, a forgery exist:


Left a forgery with too large 'TRES CENTAVOS' and right a genuine stamp. Also note the color difference between the forgery and the genuine stamp.
