I've seen many stamps with the cancel "BINGERVILLE 31 DEC 03 COTE D'IVOIRE" or "BINGERVILLE 31 DEC 3 COTE D'IVOIRE" (even with '3' inverted); remainder cancels or forgeries?:

"BINGERVILLE 31 DEC 03 COTE D'IVOIRE" or "BINGERVILLE 31 DEC 3 COTE D'IVOIRE"; the first stamp also has an inverted overprint.

The forger Fournier made forgeries of these overprints:

Badly done overprint, most likely a forgery.
