These stamps are actually fiscal stamps used for postal purposes. The bottom part is often detached. I have seen some values with the overprint 'CIUDAD JUAREZ'.

I have seen the values 1 c, 2 c, 10 c, 15 c, 50 c and 1 P with the above violet 'GCM' overprint (similar to the one on the normal postage stamps of Mexico). Red and green overprint also exist. These overprints were made in 1914.

All stamps exist rouletted, the 5 c also perforated 12 in a slightly different type (the words 'CINCO CENTAVOS' are larger). These stamps exist with overprint 'Victoria de TORREON ABRIL 2-1914' (except 1 P).

Bisected stamps: I have seen two covers bearing bisected Transitorio 10 centavos stamps. However, they are faked (the stamps are genuine). The handstamp cancellations are back-dated to 4 June 1914, and 13 July 1914, respectively. Both have Hermosillo, Sonora and railroad cancels. Mr. Bolos appears on one of the covers as the addressee (it seem to appear often on faked covers according to Nicholas Follansbee's book).
What are these?:
