Unlisted overprints? 'REPUBLICA' and 'PROVISORIO' on 8 a and 10 a stamps.

I have seen a 4 a green stamp (no overprint) with a Hongkong cancel. I have also seen a 12 a red stamp (also with no overprint) with a Canton cancel.
