Forgery? overprint 'URUNDI' on 15 c brown and black:

Other overprints, such as 'Kigoma' or 'Karema' are bogus overprints, unofficially made by local postmasters.

In 1924 more stamps with overprint of Belgian Congo with overprint 'RUANDA URUNDI' were issued. Ruanda-Urundi got it own stamps with inscription 'RUANDA-URUNDI' in 1931.
