More types of the '15' surcharge

  '5' (5 types) on 20 c red on green
  '5' (3 types) on 30 c brown
  '10' (4 types) on 4 c brown
  '10' (7 types) on 20 c red on green
  '15' (9 types) on 20 c red on green

The types seem to exist se-tenant. In total, five types exist of the '5' surcharge, seven of the '10' surcharge and nine types of the '15' overprint. Not all types were used on all values.
