These stamps have been forged and are described in Focus on Forgeries by Varro E. Tyler:
Luckily, they can easily be recognized by looking at the backside of the stamps. There should be a serial number on the genuine stamps. However, on the forgeries, this number is always A000,000 in blue or black. The genuine stamps have a real number. Furthermore, just below the '93' of '1930' a dot is touching the line below '1930' in the forgeries. The genuine stamps have no such dot.
Zoom-in on the dot below the '93' of '1930' of the forgeries
Usually these stamps are perforated 12 1/2, but the 10 c, 25 c
and 1 P (all with inscription '1746-1828' exist imperforate as
this stamp.
