These stamps have been forged and are described in Focus on Forgeries by Varro E. Tyler:


Forgeries of these stamps

Luckily, they can easily be recognized by looking at the backside of the stamps. There should be a serial number on the genuine stamps. However, on the forgeries, this number is always A000,000 in blue or black. The genuine stamps have a real number. Furthermore, just below the '93' of '1930' a dot is touching the line below '1930' in the forgeries. The genuine stamps have no such dot.

Usually these stamps are perforated 12 1/2, but the 10 c, 25 c and 1 P (all with inscription '1746-1828' exist imperforate as this stamp.
