The civil war between the nationalists and replubicans lasted from 1936 to 1939 in Spain. Many provisional stamps were issued. However, there is a certain number of stamps that was issued for stamp collectors only. I will give some examples here, without any intention of being complete:
'Asociacion de Caridad Sello de Franqueo Obligatorio Viva Espana', I've also seen a 5 c (same colours and design)
'HUEVAR VIVA ESPANA 18-7-37' etc on normal stamps of Spain"
'ISLAS CANARIAS' and 'CONTRA PARO OBRERO LOGRONO'

In this design ('CORREOS ESPANA PRO BENEFICENCIA HUEVAR'), I have
seen the values 5 c brown, 5 c green, 10 c red and 10 c violet.
'Franqueo obligatorio Loja'
'ASOCIACION DE CARIDAD JOJA' 5 c red with 'Franqueo' overprint,
I've also seen the 5 c red without overprint, a 5 c brown, and
this 5 c brown with a 'Aniversario liberacion 18-8-37' overprint
'Assistencia social correos Espana antequera'
I've seen the values 5 c brown on yellow (perforated or
rouletted) and 5 c blue on yellow (rouletted)
I've seen this stamp in a minisheet with only one stamp with
inscription 'RECARGO DE Pts. 1.25 PARA BENEFICENCIA' written at
the bottom
Tiscal stamp 'TIMBRE PARA FACTURAS', 25 c blue, overprinted 'VIVA
ESPANA CORREO AEREO' in red
