Wei Hai Wei (China) issued some fiscal stamps (under British influence):
'ONE CENT' on 1 p red and 'TEN CENTS' on 3 p.
I have also seen a 2 c on 2 p green stamp in a similar design. The values 50 c on 1 Sh green and 1 $ on 1 Sh green should also exist.
Note that local stamps also exist for Wei Hai Wei (see volume 2 for more details).
