I have seen forgeries of the 5 Sh and 10 Sh values:
Some of the above forgeries have 'FAUX' in small letters printed on them. I think the value (and country name of another country?) of a low valued stamp has been erased and then replaced by the 2 Sh, 5 Sh and 10 Sh values. Note that the value inscription is not straight, but slightly slanting. The 10 Sh should have an open value shield, but some of the forgeries above have lined value shields.

Grenada implied an obligatory war tax of 1 p on all letters to Great Britain on 1st June 1916 (later this was extended to the United States). This obligatory tax was withdrawn in June 1919. The remaining war tax stamps were used up as ordinary stamps (information: Peter Elias). I have seen forgeries of the war tax stamp with inverted overprint:
(Note that the letters in 'WAR TAX' are not nicely aligned in
this forged overprint)
1/2 p green (Grand Anse Beach) 1 p brown and black 1 1/2 p red and black (Grand Etang) 2 p orange and black 2 1/2 p blue (St. George's) 3 p green and black 6 p lilac and black 1 Sh brown and black 2 Sh 6 p blue and black 5 Sh violet
All stamps have the same design (ship) except 1/2 p, 1 1/2 p and 2 1/2 p.

A 1/2 p green and black, 1 p grey and blue, 1 1/2 p red and grey and 1 Sh lilac and black were issued in a design identical to many other British colonies (Windsor castle).
For stamps in the same design, but for another British colony, click here
The values 1 p violet, 1 1/2 p red and 2 1/2 p blue were issued (design identical to that of many other British colonies).

More stamps in this design were issued in 1951; but with value in cents (smaller size) and dollars: 25 c brown and black, 50 c blue and brown, 1.50 $ orange and black, 2.50 $ (larger size).

I have seen in the same design: 1/2 p green, 1 p red, 1 1/2 p (Penny halfpenny) brown and 2 p blue. They were issued in 1886. I have also seen a 1/2 p green and a 1 p red with the head of King Edward VII in the same design.
In a similar design as the postage stamps of 1883 (but with inscription 'GRENADA' instead of 'GRENADA POSTAGE') I have seen the values: 1 p blue and 1 1/2 p brown; they were issued in 1881. Sorry, no picture available yet.

I have seen three types, the first one with inscription '1914 1915' around the cross (see picture above) and the second one with '1914 1915 1916 1917' quite close to the cross. In the third type, the inscription is '1914 1915 1916 1917 1918' around the cross, where '1914' to '1917 are placed quite far from the cross and '1918' is placed vertically to the left of the cross. I know that the third type was printed in two rows of 5, with one row printed upside down, thereby creating tete-beche pairs.
I have seen some very specific cancels for Grenada, a letter (I have seen 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'F', but probably others will exist), surrounded by the name 'GRENADA' and numbers. Examples:
