Fournier forgery, both the stamp and the overprint are forged.
Forgery of a 'misprint' on Martinique instead of Indo-China.
Forgeries have been made of these stamps and the overprints by Fournier (note that the perforation is imperfect, especially in the corners, the horizontal and vertical perforation does not match), for more information on these forgeries click here.

The chinese overprint signifies the value of the stamp and is thus different for each value. The overprint 'HOI-HAO' is identical to the previous issue. Two different printings are distinguished by experts; one with shiny ink and one with matt ink.
