In 1943 and 1944 some stamps to be used in all French colonies were issued. I haven't seen them in used condition.

Six values were issued. Also an imperforate minisheet with inscription above and below the stamp: 'EXPOSITION INTERNATIONALE ARTS ET TECHNIQUES 1937'. These stamps were issued for Cameroons, Dahomey, French Equatorial Africa, French Guinea, French Guyana, French India, French Indochina, French Oceanic Settlements, French Somalicoast, French Sudan, Guadeloupe, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Martinique, Mauritania, New Caledonia and dependencies, Niger, Reunion, Senegal, St.Pierre and Miquelon, Togo.
This stamp was issued for Cameroons, Dahomey, French Equatorial Africa, French Guinea, French Guyana, French India, French Indochina, French Oceanic Settlements, French Somalicoast, French Soudan, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mauritania, New Caledonia and dependancies, Niger, Reunion, St.Pierre and Miquelon, Togo.
